Marie Colbert
President and CEO
Marie has over 25 years of experience in leadership positions within the transportation technology industry. Marie started her career at an IMC, gaining a strong understanding of the industry. She became the Vice President of REZ-1 when it was founded in 1994 and successfully led several of the new start up initiatives. Marie has served as President/CEO since 2000.
Jim Glatiotis
Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer
Jim oversees all technical functions for REZ-1 and DCLI, including software development, technical operations, business intelligence, business-to-business integration, and data integrity management. While at REZ-1, he’s overseen a rewrite of REZ-1’s SaaS applications and implementation of the cloud infrastructure it runs on.
Mike Davis
Manager, Software Development
Mike and his team are responsible for the development and maintenance of REZ-1’s internal and customer-facing applications. He has an extensive background, including experience in the pharmaceutical, financial, and robotics industries.
Scott DiPippo
Director of Business Intelligence
Scott joined REZ-1 in 2003. Scott started his career at REZ-1 in the Call and Data Centers, where he spent time learning all aspects of business operations, data integrity and reporting.
Debra Garverich
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Debra brings over 15 years of finance and accounting experience at small start-ups as well as global fortune 1000 companies. She is a CPA versed in cross-functional roles with a strong track record implementing process improvements, cost reductions and central office systems project management.
Nick Goldman
Manager, Software Development
Nick joined REZ-1 in 2002. He began in the Call and Data Center where he gained a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Shortly after, he spent time in both the Business Intelligence and Business Services Groups.
Steve Ledbury
Director of System Architecture
Steve has been with REZ-1 since 1998, giving him many years of experience in the transportation technology sector. Steve is a multi- disciplined player and has served as a manager for several REZ-1 groups over the years. Steve has led the start up and development of a variety of REZ-1 groups and functions within REZ-1.

Director of Technology Operations
Ed has worked in the Information Technology industry for more than 20 years. His IT background spans multiple sectors including finance, higher education, defense, manufacturing, utilities, and software development.
Alicea Polette
Director of Business Solutions
Alicea has over twenty years of experience working in Information Technology. She started her career as a Business Analyst and progressed into Project Management, leading teams through project initiation, design, project planning, and execution.
Heather Reynolds
Manager, IT Project Management
Heather joined REZ-1 in 2007 starting in Customer Support. She has since moved into various roles including working in Data Integrity, and as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer. She now oversees all IT project processes. Heather is a Certified Scrum Master.
Paul VanGundy
Manager, Technology Operations
Prior to joining REZ-1 in 2010, Paul was an Infrastructure Architect and led many technical projects through completion. His IT background and experience spans multiple verticals including defense, education, commerce, and non-profit.
Jessica Waters
Manager, Tracking Services
Jessica joined REZ-1 in 2011 as a Data Analyst in the Data Center. Since then, Jessica has gone on to hold several other positions in the Data Center, including Quality Control Specialist, Business Analyst, and Data Management Lead before going on to become the Data Center Manager
Adam Wernig

Adam started out at REZ-1 in 2001 as a Customer Support Specialist. Since starting at REZ-1 in 2001, Adam has gained a thorough understanding of the business over the years through various roles.

Mike joined REZ-1 in 2015 with over 15 years of experience in the software, service, and public accounting industries. He has a broad accounting and finance background focused on financial reporting, financial planning & analysis, and accounting systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
