Tuition Reimbursement
REZ-1 encourages your on-going professional development and offers tuition reimbursement for courses, certificates, and graduate degrees. REZ-1 will reimburse eligible employees up to $5,250 per year, (100% reimbursement for Grade B or better and 75% for Grade C.) Employees are qualified for tuition reimbursement after one year of employment.
Learning and Development
REZ-1 is the recipient of the Massachusetts Workforce Development Training Grant.
REZ-1 is committed to Learning and Development. REZ-1 has implemented an internal learning management system aptly named the REZ-1 LearnCenter. The REZ-1 LearnCenter offers several web based courses as well as the ability to sign up for instructor led courses, taught by SME’s (Subject Matter Experts) in their discipline. In addition to these classes, REZ-1 has developed REZpedia, an internal wiki where you can find employee generated content including industry and company knowledge.
REZ-1 has a vast library of developmental books employees can borrow for personal and professional development. In addition to the library, REZ-1 has a voluntary book club for ongoing professional development.
