Medical and Dental Benefits

Medical

REZ-1 is all about options. That’s why we provide our employees with two top notch plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield, giving each employee the option to pick the plan that best suits their needs. REZ-1 also makes health insurance affordable by absorbing much of the costs. With Blue Cross Blue Shield’s coverage, employees receive everything from fitness reimbursement, to a 24/7 1-800- Nurse Hotline, in addition to many other services.

Dental

REZ-1’s dental plan is provided by Delta Dental. Delta Dental’s plan provides a large network of dentists, as well as coverage for preventative care, restorative care and orthodontia.

Vision

REZ-1 funds a Health Reimbursement Account, on behalf of the employees, for costs related to Vision coverage. The Health Reimbursement Account is administered through Eflexgroup.

Flexible Spending Plans

Health Care

Allows employees to use pre-tax dollars to assist with health care needs not covered by medical insurance and reduce their overall taxable income.

Dependent Care

Allows employees to use pre-tax dollars to assist with dependent care, including elder dependents, and children up to 13 years of age.

Assistance and Protection

REZ-1 also offers Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and Short and Long Term Disability.

Short term disability

Provided by Sun Life is covered 100% for eligible employees.

Long term disability

Provided by UNUM, and provides 60% of monthly earnings covered up to $8,000 per month for eligible participants.

Life and AD&D (Accidental Death and Dismemberment)

Provided by UNUM with a benefit equal to two times annual earnings, up to a maximum of $250,000 for all eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program helps employees manage their daily stress and life events. Whether you need professional counseling services, or service program referrals, the Employee Assistance Program gives employees unlimited access to resources.

401(k)

REZ-1 is invested in your future, both professionally and personally. As of date of hire, employees are eligible to contribute a portion of their compensation (pre-tax) to the 401(k) plan. After 1 year of service, REZ-1 will match employee’s contribution, 50 cents for every dollar up to 12%.

Paid Time Off and Holidays

REZ-1 provides a generous time off package based on length of service including 3 weeks of time off, 3 floating holidays, and 7 scheduled holidays.

Sabbatical leave

Employees are eligible for a week of sabbatical in their 5th year of service and 4 weeks of sabbatical leave after 10 years.
