Recommended system requirements for all REZ-1 applications:
- Windows-based PC running Windows 2000, or XP
- 500 MHz processor or better
- 256 MB of RAM or more
- 50 MB free disk space (includes Sun's Java Plug-in)
- Internet Explorer 6.0 or Netscape Communicator 7.0
- Monitor with 1024x768 resolution (1280x1024 for optimal viewing)
- Microsoft Excel (to download reports)
- Microsoft Word (to download billing statements)
- High-speed Internet connection (Cable/DSL/T1)
For systems that do not meet the recommended requirements above, REZ-1 suggests closing any unnecessary applications that are running at the same time to increase application response times.
